This 8-module self-paced course includes online recorded lectures, homework assignments personalized to you and your practice, individual feedback, and 1:1 business coaching.

This course focuses on physical therapy practice growth and development, as well as leadership, communication, and management strategies. While Start a PT Practice 101 is not a prerequisite for this course, we expect that students signing up for this course own or manage a physical therapy practice and are looking for more advanced mentorship and guidance.

This course is a good fit for students ready to dig deeper to problem solve the issues unique to their specific practice. We will establish your clinic’s baseline metrics and status, discuss current barriers to success or barriers to growth, develop growth objectives, and discuss strategies and an action plan for growing your clinic in the way that makes sense for your practice.

We tackle issues such as hiring and managing employees, growing or expanding your physical therapy practice, leading your team, and authentically building your brand. Students will leave this course with an action plan to take their practices to the next level.
