Full Draw Philosophy

Starting your own physical therapy practice is more accessible than you think.

What you don’t need:

thousands in savings, a perfect brick-and-mortar clinic space, a front office, expensive documentation and scheduling systems, a flashy logo, complicated insurance contracts, referrals from physicians, paid advertising, a large social media following, or 10+ years of experience as a physical therapist

What you do need:

purpose, grit, a community, a specialty, and to provide a service that your community wants and needs.

Determine why you want to start a practice

Sarah started Arrow Physical Therapy Seattle because she wanted to work for herself, work with a specialty population, be an entrepreneur, and have flexibility and balance in her schedule.

Kate started Outlier Physical Therapy as an alternative to burnout in the corporate, high-volume PT model.

Start small.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. You don’t need to be in the perfect space, have expensive equipment, the perfect logo, or even have your own independent location. Don’t get lost in the details or in ideas of what you’re “supposed to be” doing or what others are doing.

What do you need in place to see your first patient? Start there.

We’re here to help you take those first steps and build your practice into a sustainable business.
